What’s Involved

Roof Inspection in the Shenandoah Valley

An inspection covers the covering itself, the flashing at every penetration, the valleys, the ridge and hip lines, and the condition of the decking where it can be assessed. You get a written account of what we found and what, if anything, needs doing.

Inspections are worth booking if you are buying a property, if the roof is past twenty years, after significant weather, or simply because you have never had it looked at. If the roof has good years left in it, that is a perfectly good outcome and we will say so.

Roof Inspection Questions

Common Questions

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. Contact us and we will assess the roof and give you a written estimate for any work, with no obligation to go ahead.

How often should a roof be inspected?

Periodically, and after any severe weather. Roofs past twenty years benefit from being looked at more regularly.
